CSI Tamil Parish Dubai

The early Fujairah CSI Christian community used to attend the weekly worship and Holy Communion Services at Dubai CSI Tamil Parish church ever since it started in 1979. The growth of members from Fujairah encouraged for gathering locally for prayers and worship. Accordingly the first prayer meeting was held at one of the member’s house at Fujairah in September 1988 and continued with regular weekly prayer meeting, monthly cottage prayer and fasting prayers.

By the great Grace of God and the sincere efforts of the first CSI Tamil Parish Presbyter Rev.A.J.M. Kesari along with the prayers and generous support from the Dubai CSI Community and Executive Members, a flat was hired for the Fujairah CSI Tamil Parish in Fujairah and the first Holy Communion Service was conducted in September 1988.

As a great blessing to Fujairah, the first appointed additional Pastor of Dubai CSI Tamil Parish Rev. A. Bright Solomon was stationed in Fujairah and the first Service was held at the Fujairah Church premises on 21st January 2010. The Church grew well by the Grace of God and the services of Rev. A. Bright Solomon who completed his three years of fruitful service. It was followed additional Presbyters Rev. V. Samuel Jebaraj and Rev. Alwin Bright. The current Presbyter stationed at Fujairah, Rev. Nathaniyel is doing his marvellous ministry by the Grace of God, for the spiritual growth of the CSI community in Fujairah.

Regular worship service is conducted on Fridays from 8:00 PM till 9:30 PM, Holy Communions Service on 1st and 3rd Fridays and Sing Song service on 5th Fridays. For the welfare of people residing in labor camps of Fujairah, worship services and English language trainings are conducted regularly at their locations.
